FAQ
How do credits work?
Credits are SHIFT’s internal currency for using the Studio. Each generation (chat turn, image, voice clip) costs a set number of credits, displayed before you spend. Buy more in Settings → Credits.
How do I get paid?
Connect a Stripe Express account in Settings → Payouts. Once verified, your earned commissions accrue and pay out weekly on Fridays (or sooner via on-demand payout, subject to Stripe minimums).
What are the commission streams?
Five: ContentPay (someone clicks your share link and buys credits), ConnectPay (someone you referred buys credits — 20% Crowd cut), CrowdPay (tier-slot pool, weekly), CompetePay (top-10 pool, weekly), CodePay (partner codes). Visit /how-it-works for a deeper walk-through.
Why didn’t I earn ContentPay on a click I saw?
A click only earns when the visitor actually purchases credits within 30 days AND the attribution cookie wasn’t cleared. The /v/<code> view counter increments on every click; commissions only fire on conversion.
Can I refund unused credits?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase. Email support@shiftai.club. Used credits aren’t refundable, but failed generations are auto-refunded — you only pay when the AI returns something useful.
Where do my generated images live?
Open the Vault from the Topbar. Every generation lands there automatically with its share URL. Right pane has Share to Socials.
My image generated but looks bad. Can I get a refund?
Use the Variants toggle (1 or 2) before generating to see options — even if one is meh, you’ve got another to pick from. Polish your prompt with the ✨ button next to Browse templates (5 cr) before spending image credits. If a generation is genuinely broken (blank, corrupt), email support@shiftai.club.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@shiftai.club with the subject line "Delete my account". We process within 14 business days; outstanding commissions pay out first via Stripe.
I can’t sign in.
Use the "Show" toggle on the password field to verify you’re typing the right thing. If that doesn’t help, email support@shiftai.club and we’ll get you back in.
